The Hertz Corporation Auto Maintenance Clerk- McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada
Prepare, log, scan to FileNet, and physically file appropriately trip/tow tickets for vended work orders, retaining documents for a period of one year.
Update Vended Board in VAW daily with updates for all vended units.
Copy and reconcile in Concur, charging appropriately, all PCard receipts for vended repairs and reconcile in Concur daily.
Reconcile and work IOH reports for vended & maintenance-related POs.
Assist/Reconcile with IOH/CNR for mechanical VDAs.
Work maintenance/key log – ordering from CT Services, keeping key inventory supervised by a manager, obtaining manager approval&PO and dispatching locksmith/ and notifying manager of units that can be resolved with a mechanic.
Working 1600-00 ERS TOW Verifications and idle siting units appropriately and ensuring lot crew move them to appropriate areas.
Assist when needed in preparing TBs.
Other duties may include:
Assist in receiving parts.
Receiving on Parts POs when issued to work order, copying and reconciling in Concur parts PCard receipts.
Keeping warranty retention and parts inventory and assist with finding/shipping warranty returns to manufacturers.
Keeping daily tire inventory – receiving tires, issuing tires to mechanics and adding to WO, removing tires from WO and returning to inventory, etc.
Keeping shop inventory, notifying manager of replenishment needs.
Parts room upkeep/organization.
Monitor inventory for obsolete parts
Control inventory on parts that hertz decides to store from removal and storage through disposal.
Pull IOH report and work on IOH
Pull CNR report and receive unit returned
Inventory and Idle siting to renting location
Prepare Trip Tickets vending unit everyday
Ordered Glass Safelite
Call Shops for returning unit @ 9:00 AM
Call and Follow up with Bodyshop on overdue
Follow-up Dentology Pending repair and Supplement
Track and record Alesco VDA and PO’s
Update Vend board with units, date return, overdue
Research and update VAW Non-Rev 30 days
Receive unit returns from Previous days – Oracle PO Received
Salvage Towing Vending
Close and File VDAs (Monthly Archive)
Call Shops for vending units @ 12:00 PM
Research for VIR and Email OAP/AP for VIR/SR (BD/SV VIRs)
Body Damage Tow Request (Titan Towing Scoop Website)
Scan Cars Return signature page to FileNet
Scan Trip Tickets to FileNet
Closed and File Trip tickets
Update VAW car vended – Before end of the shift
Update VAW cars returns - Before end of the shift
Bodyshop COI update and audit compliance
Assist Appraisers with shop openings
Ad Hoc work on Identifying process / cost issues with special fleet programs ie Amazon van repairs etc
High School Diploma
*Must be 20years or over
*Must have driver’s license
Strong organizational skills and have the ability to multitask.
Must have good customer service skills.
Strong typing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Some experience with Maintenance, Parts, Body Damage Clerical
